A “must do” activity while in Victoria is to share in the tradition of afternoon high tea. The most famous tearoom in Victoria is the Empress Tearoom, playing host for the tradition of high tea for almost 100 years. Reservations are strongly recommended. Other popular Victoria tearooms include Murchies Tearoom, the James Bay Tea Room, and Point Ellice House Tearoom. Each offers a unique English-style ambience and memorable experience.
