- Eats and Beats at the Beach - July 7, 2018 - 1:00pm – 8:00pm
The 4th Annual Eats & Beats at the Beach will celebrate Colwood’s breathtaking oceanfront beaches. There will be 5 live bands, dozens of great local food trucks, and FREE fun stuff happening on sand, sea and sky. The event takes place about midway along the lagoon on Ocean Boulevard. Go for a paddle in a kayak or stand up paddle board on the ocean.
- Greater Victoria Shakespeare Festival - July 5, 2018 – July 28, 2018
The Greater Victoria Shakespeare Festival brings engaging and theatrical Shakespearian experiences to the community of Victoria, British Columbia. Since 1991, the GVSF has created opportunities for local artists and has involved local businesses, educators and citizens to celebrate the theatrical arts in our community. For the last eleven years, the GVSF has performed outdoors on the beautiful grounds of Camosun College’s Lansdowne Campus, where audience members of diverse ages, cultures, and economic backgrounds are inspired every summer by the immortal words of Shakespeare under the stars.

- Oak Bay Collector Car Festival - July 29, 2018 - 7:00am - 3:30pm
Where: Oak Bay Village
The 18th annual Oak Bay Collector Car Festival celebrates vintage and collector cars of all makes and models. Oak Bay Avenue is transformed into a pedestrian walkway as 280 to 300 cars are showcased to thousands of admiring spectators and aficionados. This event is a real crowd pleaser! Register your car on the day of the event for $15 which is non-profit. The event is free to spectators. There will also be a legendary BBQ in front of the Oak Bay Municipal Hall from 10am to 3pm; a free BBQ drink coupon and a special coupon for breakfast on the Ave at The Oaks Restaurant will be provided.
- Victoria Pride Parade 2018 - Sunday July 9 – 11:00 a.m start
Where: Pandora & Government Streets, ending in James Bay
Watch over 100 colorful groups & floats, or march along with local businesses, non-profits, the LBGTQ community & their allies in Victoria’s 2nd biggest parade of the year. The parade follows along to MacDonald Park in James Bay and kicks off the Victoria Pride Festival!

All ten summer Saturday nights feature a jaw-dropping, dazzling Firework show with both aerial and ground displays choreographed to music. The Firework shows began in 1977 and continue to be one of The Gardens’ most popular draws.
