For the past nine years the Best Western Inner Harbour has been “our home away from home” for a two month stay during the winter months. In our opinion, what sets the Best Western Inner Harbour apart from other hotels is its personable, responsive staff, excellent service and great facilities. It is in an ideal location, so convenient for shopping, walking, restaurants and a variety of activities and other attractions. In addition, the complimentary continental breakfast affords a unique opportunity to meet people and over the years we have looked forward to returning and reconnecting with these friends. Frankly, it is hard to find a better “home away from home” – and yes, we are coming back.

We have stayed at the Best Western Inner Harbour many times dating back to the 1990's and keep going back because of the facilities, the location and, most importantly, the staff. Initially our stays were short but now that we are retired we spend up to 6 weeks there during the winter months.
The atmosphere is very friendly with "residents" gathering for daily complimentary breakfasts and attending many social functions organized by the staff. We have found everyone from front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to be very customer focussed and willing to bend over backwards to make our stay a pleasant and comfortable one.
The quiet, central location of the BW Inner Harbour puts it within walking distance of many amenities - shopping, the waterfront, theatre (movie and live) as well as a myriad of unique tourist attractions.
We know you will enjoy your stay there as much as we enjoy ours.
