2009/2010 Winter Getaways Program:
We would be delighted to have you stay with us for your winter escape to Victoria!
We have a variety of lovely rooms to choose from, including studios with one or two queen beds, or king beds, all non-smoking. Availability will depend on when you book and the premium view studios, one-bedroom suites and luxury penthouses book as much as a year in advance.
All rate below include daily continental breakfast, covered parking as well as welcome lunches (late January to end of March) and other on-site activities as part of our Winter Getaways Program. The weekly rates below are based on extended stays of 7 days or longer, and monthly rates are applicable on stays of 30 days or longer. Extended stay rates are available on either our one bedroom or two bedroom penthouse upon request only. All rates are subject to change prior to time of booking, so we recommend booking as early as possible to get the best rates and room assignments.
Effective July 1, 2010, stays of one month or longer qualify for tax rebate (2%). Limited housekeeping service applies, with full housekeeping service twice per week (including bed linen changes) with daily towel and garbage service.

Winter Getaways Program Policies:
Winter Long stay Reservation: To reserve your room or for more information, please call our hotel directly toll free at 1-888-383-2378 or email info@victoriabestwestern.com. Also, please visit us at www.VictoriaBestWestern.com. Upon receipt of your reservation we will either mail or email you a confirmation letter for your reference.
Extended Stay Rates: All rates include daily continental breakfast & covered parking. Weekly rates are based on a 7 days minimum stay and monthly rates are based on a 30 days minimum stay. All quoted rates are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes. As of July 1, 2010, if you stay a minimum of one month, you benefit from a 2% tax refund. All rates are subject to change until a booking is made. Please note, Best Western Rewards points are not applicable on extended stay discounted rates.
Room Assignments: We will make every effort to assign the best-suited room available at the time of booking. Please keep in mind when making your reservation that we cannot guarantee room numbers, floors or even locations in the hotel. It would be most helpful if you would give us your preferences at the time of booking. We will do our best, however it’s impossible to accommodate every request. Preference is given to returning guests in terms of room assignments. Please speak directly with Rachel at 1-888-383-2378 regarding room assignment requests.
Cancellations: You will need to provide a credit card at time of booking to guarantee your reservations – no deposit is required. The cancellation policy on weekly and monthly bookings is 30 days prior. Late cancellation policy is 7 nights’ room & tax. Under special circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to waive the late cancellation penalty.
Payment: Pre-payment for the entire stay is taken upon arrival, for stays up to and including one month. For stays longer than 30 days, the payment for the next month (or remainder of stay, whichever is less) will be processed on the 31st day, in monthly increments.
Housekeeping Service: Under the Long Stay Programme, we will service your room completely twice each week. On all other days we will be happy to provide you with fresh towels and remove your garbage.
Activities and Welcome Lunches: The hotel organizes a variety of lunches just for our extended stay guests from late January to the end of March, our peak months, as well as other activities both on and off site. Please ask for your calendar of events when you check-in.
In-Room Amenities: Tea, coffee, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, cable TV, featured movie channels, free local calls, voice mail service, free high-speed internet service, fully equipped separate kitchen, dishes, utensils plus a private balcony or patio. Our guest rooms are 100% non-smoking.
Hotel Amenities: Indoor whirlpool, sauna, steam room, exercise room, (coin-operated) guest laundry and gated underground parking.
