2007/2008 Winter Getaways Program:
We would be delighted to have you stay with us for your winter escape to Victoria! We have a variety of lovely rooms to choose from, including studios with one or two queen beds, or king beds, all non-smoking. New for 2007/2008, we have assigned certain rooms with views that can be booked as such, rather than on a “request basis”, to assure the best possible room for your stay. Please note, availability will depend on when you book and the premium studios and suites book as much as a year in advance.
All rate below include daily continental breakfast, covered parking as well as welcome lunches (late January to end of March) and other on-site activities as part of our Winter Getaways Program. The rates below are the best available rates based on extended stays of 7 days or longer, & 31 days or longer. Weekly housekeeping service applies – full housekeeping service twice per week (including bed linen changes) with daily towel and garbage service. Now, stay 31 days or longer and receive a 10% tax rebate (6% GST still applies). Please see page 2 for complete policies, amenities and reservation information.

Extended Stay Reservations: To reserve your room or for more information, please call our hotel directly toll free at 1-888-383-2378 or email info@victoriabestwestern.com. Our Guest Services agents will then direct you to the person in charge of extended stay reservations at our hotel. Upon receipt of your reservation, a confirmation letter will be mailed for your reference.
Extended Stay Rates: All rates include daily continental breakfast service & covered parking. Weekly rates are based on 7 days (minimum stay) and monthly rates are based on 30 days (minimum stay). These rates are net, non-commissionable & in CDN funds. Rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 16%). For stays of 31 or more nights, 10% tax is refunded back on the 31st night.
Room Assignments: We make every effort to assign the best rooms available at time of booking. Please keep in mind when making your reservation that we cannot guarantee room numbers, floors or even locations in the hotel, but we certainly will do our best – it is helpful to us when assigning rooms if you can give us your key preferences, such as bed configurations, as this may open new options. Repeat guests do have first right of refusal for space and room preferences, and it is not uncommon for us to book many rooms well in advance. Please speak directly with Rachel at 1-888-383-2378 regarding room assignment requests.
Cancellation Policy: We require a credit card at time of booking to guarantee reservations only – no deposit is required. The cancellation policy on weekly and monthly bookings is 30 days prior. Under special circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to waive the late cancellation penalty (7 nights room & tax).
Payment Policy: Pre-payment for the entire stay is taken upon arrival, for stays up to and including one month. For stays longer than 30 days, the payment for the next month (or remainder of stay, whichever is less) will be processed on the 31st day, in monthly increments.
Housekeeping Service: The extended stay rates include two complete linen changes & full housekeeping service per week. In addition, towels are changed & garbage removed daily.
Activities & Welcome Lunches: The hotel organizes a variety of lunches just for our extended stay guests (as our treat) from late January to the end of March (our peak months) as well as other activities both on and off site. Calendars will be available upon arrival for stays during these dates.
In-Room Amenities: Tea & coffee, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, cable TV, featured movie channels, free local calls, voice mail service, free high-speed internet service (hard-wired), fully equipped separate kitchen, dishes & utensils plus a private balcony or patio. Our guest rooms are 100% non-smoking.
Hotel Amenities: Indoor whirlpool, sauna, steam room, exercise room, (coin-operated) guest laundry & gated covered parking.
